However, should you notice any damage or mistake on your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 24hours hours of receiving the package for us to make a correction.

For corrections, we will make a scheduled attempt to pick up from you. However, after pick up attempt, we may cancel the scheduled return and you may not be able to return the package to us anymore.

If the wrong or defect product is out of stock or cannot be replaced,  the wrong order will still be retrieved from you and a  cash refund will be issued to the original method of payment. For other reasons, the value of the returned items will be kept as store credits and you can use it at any time.

We do not process exchanges or refunds for products delivered in good condition, kindly check size guide, description before you checkout.

Please pack your return carefully, in original packaging with all accessories and tags where applicable. All items must be in an unused condition, Items returned with obvious use, makeup, hair, sweat, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial and sent back to you with additional shipping costs.

Kindly note that we do not offer refunds on gift cards and shipping costs.

We will notify once your return is received and processed, the process takes  1-3 business days from the date we receive back the package.
